About the role
Shop Helper Abundant Solutions-Claremore is seeking dependable shop helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and industrial processes.
What You'll Do:
Assist with material handling, staging, and shop organization Support assembly and fabrication teams with daily tasks Load, unload, and move parts and steel throughout the facility Help prepare materials for welding, machining, and finishing Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th Must have experience with hand and power tools
Physical Requirements:
