About the role

Qnity is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Extrusion) to lead shift activities on a continuous manufacturing line, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and employee engagement. You will coach, develop and evaluate team members, manage staffing levels, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with site goals. Regular on-site work in Newark, DE, with occasional weekends and overtime as required.
