About the role

Are you a hands-on QA Engineer who enjoys solving complex software issues and ensuring reliable performance across connected systems? This is an opportunity to work on communication software where quality, reliability, and seamless integration are essential.
What You'll Do: Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing across mobile applications, web applications, backend services, and third-party integrations. Investigate software defects, analyze application and server logs, and help identify root causes. Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and validation plans. Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automated testing efforts. Monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to support release readiness. Collaborate with development, product, and delivery teams to resolve issues and continuously improve software quality.
What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience in software QA and testing, including mobile and web/backend applications. Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira and analyzing technical logs. Working knowledge of Linux environments and test automation concepts. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Telecommunications experience is strongly preferred, particularly with mission-critical communications or push-to-talk (PTT) software. Experience with SIP, 3GPP, APIs, or complex software integrations is a plus.
Hybrid Schedule Requirement: This role requires onsite work every Tuesday and Wednesday. These two onsite days are mandatory.
Work Authorization Requirement: Applicants must have valid, independent authorization to work in the United States. This position does not offer, support, or accept any form of sponsorship, whether employer, third-party, future, contingent, transfer, or otherwise. Candidates must be able to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship of any kind. Work authorization will be verified, and misrepresentation will result in immediate removal from consideration. If you have a strong software testing background and want to contribute to reliable, high-quality communication solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
