What You'll Be Doing: Operate a front-end loader to feed raw materials into the plant efficiently and safely Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean and organized work area around the pit and loading zones Communicate with team members to ensure continuous material flow Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies
Work Environment: Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
