About the role
Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time remote Solution Delivery Manager will ensure high-quality SaaS implementations by managing resources, maintaining operational health, and establishing technical quality standards while focusing on delivery efficiency and data-driven risk management.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a Solution Delivery team across various technical areas, ensuring alignment of resources to customer implementations
Own the financial and operational health of the portfolio, utilizing data to forecast revenue and manage delivery metrics effectively
Establish and enforce technical quality controls and delivery standards to protect architecture integrity and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications:
Significant experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in SaaS implementations
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and cloud delivery architectures
Experience managing delivery across multiple regions, with an understanding of operational complexities
Proven ability to use system-validated data for performance management and risk identification
Experience incorporating AI or automation into technical delivery workflows for improved efficiency
