About the role

A large Southeastern agency that writes all-size property risks needs a person with a 2-20 who understands the coverage issues related to property accounts. They have experienced triple-digit growth in the last few years, requiring one to think on their feet. The producers are writing new business left and right and need a person who wants to grow with them. Most of the accounts are NOT condo associations. They are larger, more complex risks. Many of the accounts are apartment buildings, office buildings, and strip centers. They do write other lines, but property is the primary line of business. Must be able to work a big book of larger, complex accounts. This firm is growing rapidly. Not only do they offer a great base salary, but they also offer excellent bonus potential. This would be working with one of their newer teams so you need to have a patient personality

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
