About the role
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and gather basic information
- Reach out to candidates by phone, text, and email
- Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with the Interviewing Recruiter
- Clearly communicate position details, expectations, and next steps
- Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in our systems
- Follow up with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process
- Help maintain a strong, organized candidate pipeline
- Partner with the recruiting team to help meet hiring goals
- A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people
- Organized and able to stay on top of multiple candidates and priorities
- Comfortable making phone calls and having conversations with applicants
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-upComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- High-volume recruiting experience
- Experience in sales, customer service, or other people-focused positions
- Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, or job boards
