Operations Coordinator - $21/hr-$22/hr - Bethesda, MD Our client is seeking a temporary Office Operations Coordinator to support their team in their Washington, DC office! Base pay range $21.00/hr - $23.00/hrAbout the Job: Support the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas and equipment. Order and restock supplies in kitchens, workrooms, storage areas, etc. Assist with monthly reports, yearly inventory, shipment preparations, and meeting setup. Prepare workspaces, welcome boxes, and training equipment for new hires. Conduct building tours, serve as the safety warden during emergencies, and provide receptionist coverage as needed. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You: 2+ years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role or an associate's degree are required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite with basic technical skills. Customer service oriented with high professionalism. Self-starter who is dependable and organized.
About the Position: $21/hr-$22/hr, depending on experience. Temporary for 6-12 weeks. Hours are 9:00am-3:30pm.100% on site in Arlington, VA.Free parking.
