About the role
To support a growing team focused on high-performing ads, the part-time Creative Production Specialist will enhance creative execution standards through training, creative audits, and AI-enabled workflows, working remotely across various time zones.
Key responsibilities
Raise the creative execution standard by sharpening benchmarks and providing actionable insights for improvement
Build creative capability through ongoing training programs, workshops, and developing playbooks and frameworks
Develop creative judgement within the team by teaching effective feedback methods and problem diagnosis
Required qualifications
3+ years of performance creative experience in direct-response advertising for platforms such as Meta and TikTok
Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or upskilling creative teams
Familiarity with AI tools for image, video, and voiceover generation, with a focus on workflow integration
Ability to work across AU and US time zones, primarily aligning with AU business hours
Access to reliable high-speed WiFi, a personal laptop, and a functional workspace setup
