High School Admissions Outreach Representative Miami, United States | Posted on 01/27/2026 Salary $65,000–$85,000 (commensurate with experience) About the Role Istituto Marangoni Miami, Miami's school of fashion and design, is seeking an experienced High School Admissions Outreach Representative to support the recruitment of prospective high school students. As part of a globally recognized fashion education network, this role serves as an ambassador for the institution, introducing students and families to academic programs rooted in creativity, innovation, and industry relevance. This is an externally focused, relationship-driven role that requires regular travel throughout South Florida to visit high schools, attend college fairs, and conduct presentations. The ideal candidate is confident in representing IMM, enjoys working in the field, and excels at building strong connections with school counselors, advisors, students, and families. Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, advisors, and administrators throughout the U.S. Travel regularly to high schools, college fairs, and recruitment events to represent Istituto Marangoni Miami Conduct engaging presentations for students, parents, and school communities, both in person and virtually Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Istituto Marangoni Miami's fashion, design, and business programs Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process from initial inquiry through application completion Maintain consistent follow-up to support timely and complete applications Accurately document outreach activity, communications, and applicant progress in the CRM Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams to support recruitment and outreach initiatives Meet or exceed outreach, inquiry, and application goals tied to high school recruitment initiatives Track and report recruitment outcomes, including leads generated, applications submitted, and enrollments Requirements Qualifications Previous experience in high school recruitment, admissions outreach, or a related role is required Demonstrated experience conducting high school visits, college fairs, and student presentations Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills Ability to work independently while managing a travel-based recruitment territory Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office technology, Hubspot experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for fashion, design, arts, or creative academic programs Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience working within a private or accredited higher education institution 401(k) eligibility after one year Travel: Regular travel throughout South Florida for recruiting purposes, with light U.S. travel as needed Istituto Marangoni Miami offers a collaborative, student-centered environment within a globally recognized fashion and design institution.
