Responsibilities Architect and execute measurement and analysis plans aligned with client objectives Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive data-driven recommendations Serve as a go-to expert for internal teams and clients on digital marketing analytics Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of analysts to foster collaboration and analytical excellence Explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities
Key requirements 7+ years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research with a track record of translating data into insights 3–5 years of experience leading and mentoring teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong client relationship abilities Passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies in digital marketing analytics Experience or exposure to healthcare/pharmaceutical industries is a plus but not requiredcommunicationleadershipcollaborationdigital marketing analyticsweb analyticsmeasurement planning
