As an onsite Producer you are responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the Company and assigned client(s) as well as leading and supporting the Production workflow, under the supervision of the Production Managers/Director.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain project integrity for the client(s)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and crew
Attend and host client conference calls and meetings
Schedule and manage project crew - booking talent, models, and freelancers
Manage the flow of merchandise coming in and out of the studio
Continually expand the studio talent roster including models, photographers, stylists, H&MU artists, digital techs and other freelancers, seeking client approval as needed
Oversee production by working with project personnel (i.e., operators, stylists, retouchers, systems) to realize the client's goals
Be proficient in all areas of production supporting on-set
Troubleshoot issues that arise in studio and partner with production team and client representative for resolution as needed
Data entry into the production resource management database and the digital asset management database to record and track production details and statuses
Managing POs and supporting business managers with estimating and invoicing of all assigned client projects in budget and on time
Continually oversee flow and quality throughout production - troubleshoot discrepancies as needed
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the creative output, ensuring client's style guide standards are being met
Work in collaboration with production team to generate client invoices and reports
Perform other duties as requested by production team
Basic Qualifications Minimum 4 years of creative production experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related Arts/Creative program
Extensive experience in commercial photography and/or digital content development for large consumer brands
Successfully contributed to a wide variety of digital content platforms - websites, blogs, videos, mobile, social media, and more.
Experience with workflow management, monitoring the progress of all production projects.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, while being proficient in MS Office programs (Excel) on Mac platform
Excellent problem solver with the ability to anticipate problems before they happen
Excellent oral and written communication skills
An interest in yoga, running, or outdoor sports is definitely a plus.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
