Our client is a leading maker of RF components for wireless and defense markets. They are looking for a Director of RF Engineering for a fast-growing product line of Filters and other Passive components. RESPONSIBILITIES: Based in South Florida, the Director of RF Engineering will have 10 reports, including Design and Product Engineers. Will manage the team, interact with customers, make decisions on vendors, CAD tool and Test equipment investments. Will hire engineers and closely advise engineers on methods, risks and tradeoffs, ultimately approving the RF Designs.We need a BSEE or higher degree with 15+ years in the RF industry, and 5-10+ years as a successful RF /Microwave Design Manager. xevrcycFull time role, Direct hire.
