We are an international team with an HQ in the heart of Amsterdam and offices popping up around the globe.About the JobWe are seeking a results-driven PR Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a PR experience background, a strong media network, and a proven track record of successfully managing and retaining client accounts. This role involves exceeding KPIs by implementing clear client strategies, showcasing creativity, taking full ownership of designated markets, collaborating as the main point of contact for market accounts in meetings, delegating market-specific tasks, and providing weekly updates and reports along with weekly meetings to discuss strategy and retention.What We Seek In You:A bachelors or equivalent in PR/Journalism/CommunicationTwo years of experience in PR or a related field is mandatoryExperience in salesFluent in Spanish and EnglishNo 9 to 5 mentality; we are a startup and some chaos is part of it!You are interested in language and able to think creatively with words, while maintaining a professional toneAre able to have a professional attitude with clientsCan handle client confrontationAre articulate under pressureAttention to detailAre comfortable asking questions while proposing solutionsAre ambitious, detail-oriented, positive, decisive, and proactiveExperience in B2B, SaaS, Tech and startup industries is desirableYour Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To:Participating in meetings with clients to discuss campaign strategies and goals, then developing a plan to achieve themCommunicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaigns and evaluating progress with the clientReviewing analytics data (including but not limited to competitor tracking) to determine effectiveness of previous campaigns and planning future ones accordinglyDeveloping and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services provided by the agencyPreparing reports detailing the work performed on each campaignPitching and newsjackingMedia trainingWriting or revising contentIn addition to PR responsibilities, you will also play an active role in sales: helping identify leads, pitch services, and contribute to business development efforts.Liaising with media, clients, and stakeholdersSometimes developing content for social media accounts and writing blog postsCreation of strategy and planning of things such as content, press releases, etc.Sometimes: Event support (when requested by the client), including finding videographers, photographers, etc.Why PRLab?At PRLab, we believe in rewarding excellence. Following that, the Hiring Manager will reach out to you if there are potential synergies between us. Subsequently, there will be a final interview with the CEO, depending on the specific role for which you have applied.Should you be successful, the freelancer agreement will be sent through to you followed by a detailed onboarding process. You will be guided through each step by our HR and Operations teams.
