About the role
- Ability to supervise and train employees.
- Knowledge of federal, state, correctional health care standards and institutional regulations and guidelines in the provision of medical services.

- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.
- Ability to conduct research and write reports.
