Job Title: Sr. Desktop Support
Client: Private Equity Firm
Location: Greenwich, CT- On-site 5 days/week
Compensation: 120-130k + Bonus
Summary:
We’re hiring an IT Associate to operate at the center of a high-performance private equity platform. This is a frontline operator responsible for ensuring that investment professionals can execute without friction. You will own IT operations for our Greenwich, CT office. The expectation is simple: solve problems fast, eliminate downtime, and continuously improve the environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver white-glove, high-urgency support to investment professionals and executives Resolve issues in real time during deal execution, IC meetings, and external calls Support and maintain a Mimecast environment. Ensure systems are stable, fast, and invisible to the end user Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams)Active Directory (identity and access management)Mimecast (email security)Zoom (mission-critical communications)Support adoption of AI across investment and operations teams Help professionals move faster on research, drafting, and internal workflows Execute on office operations, expansions, and infrastructure initiatives Take full ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment Who You Are 4–6 years in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles Experience in private equity, financial services, or similarly demanding environments preferred Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365, Active Directory Mimecast Zoom Proven ability to support senior stakeholders under pressure Operates with urgency, accountability, and attention to detail Communicates clearly and understands the business impact of technology Why This Role Work directly with investment professionals in a performance-driven environment Own IT operations for a key office while contributing firmwide Be part of a modern, AI-enabled technology stack Opportunity to build a reputation as a go-to operator in private equity ITThis client requires that a background check be completed.
