Client Details An established, growth-focused organisation operating within the built environment is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development, client engagement and go-to-market activity. Description Key Responsibilities The Proposal Coordinator will report into senior leadership and work closely with operations and delivery teams to support business development activity across multiple channels. Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, qualifications and responses to requests for proposal Support business development teams by tracking opportunities, pipelines and bid activity Collaborate with technical and project teams to gather content and ensure accuracy of submissions Maintain marketing collateral, templates and brand standards across documents Assist with document control, compliance checks and final bid submissions Support CRM and bid management systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting Contribute to wider marketing initiatives, including presentations and client-facing materials Profile The Successful Applicant For the Proposal Coordinator, we are seeking: Experience in marketing, proposals, business development or coordination within a professional services, construction, engineering or related environment Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail Experience producing proposals, bids or qualification packages Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with InDesign or similar tools is advantageous Confidence working cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities Job Offer What's on Offer Competitive salary ($82,000-105,000) Health, dental, vision insurance coverage 401k retirement plan match 3% 3 weeks paid vacation Exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile projects Clear opportunity to grow within marketing and business development Collaborative, professional working environment with long-term stability Apply here today to be considered within the next 48 hours.
