About the role
To support a growing digital transformation initiative, the full-time remote Digital Transformation Process Architect will design and optimize operational workflows, translating complex business requirements into efficient, technology-enabled process designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Map complex operational processes and design standardized "to-be" workflows leveraging modern digital platforms
Partner with Digital Deployment Engineers to ensure technology configurations align with designed operational workflows
Facilitate process design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and build alignment across teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology Integration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or systems implementation
Proven experience in modeling complex workflows and translating business needs into structured process architectures
Strong proficiency in process mapping and visualization tools like Lucidchart or MS Visio
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
