About the role

The CEO's right hand and a force multiplier for the whole company. You'll turn strategy into execution, run the operating cadence, and personally own whatever matters most that week — from a hard customer problem to a hiring push to a fundraising deliverable. High trust, high ownership, and a front-row seat to building an AI-native company from the early days.
What you'll do: Act as a force multiplier for the CEO — drive priorities forward, prep for key meetings, and follow through so nothing critical slips. Run the company operating cadence: goals and OKRs, weekly/monthly reviews, board and investor updates, and the metrics that tell us how we're doing. Own high-impact special projects end to end — strategic, operational, or cross-functional — that don't yet have an owner. Build the connective tissue across GTM, engineering, and customers so decisions get made fast and execution stays tight. Stand up lightweight internal operations, hiring, and finance/legal processes as we scale — enough structure to move faster, never bureaucracy.
What we're looking for: 5+ years in chief of staff, operations, strategy/consulting, banking/PE, or an early-stage operating role — ideally with startup experience. Exceptional structured thinking and writing; you can turn ambiguity into a clear plan and a crisp doc. Ruthless prioritization and follow-through — you make things happen and close loops without being asked. High trust and discretion; comfortable with confidential strategy, hiring, and financials. Thrive in ambiguity and high urgency, working directly with founders, and switching context across very different problems. Plus: life sciences / biotech background, financial modeling, or prior experience as a first ops/BizOps hire.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
