We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to help build something special. What started as an idea is quickly becoming a brand with big ambitions. We're creating a premium meat & Dairy company built around clean ingredients, transparency, exceptional quality, and authentic storytelling. This isn't just another snack brand, we're building something we believe can become a household name. We're looking for an experienced Co-Founder to join us at the ground level and help shape the future of the company. What You'll Help Build Built brand identity and voice for a food startup from pre-launch, including naming, packaging design, and tone-of-voice guidelines Customer & Vendor Relations Managed relationships with farm and ranch suppliers, coordinating shoot schedules, approvals, and long-term partnership terms Served as primary point of contact for customer feedback across social, email, and retail partners, resolving 99%+ of issues in a timely manner Built and maintained vendor scorecards tracking delivery reliability, quality consistency, and communication responsiveness Lead monthly customer meetings to review deliveries and quality feedback, relaying findings back to the operations teamKPIs & Reporting Owned monthly brand performance reporting, tracking engagement rate, follower growth, and retention across paid and organic channels, in partnership with the data team Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinated with management to align on and implement strategies discussed in leadership meetings This is just skimming the top, if you want to be apart of a up and coming Richmond staple that wants to grow out of our local footprint in a big way, reach out!
