Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Davie, FL. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with salon and professional accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for product education, orders, and service inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting key account strategies to drive revenue and client retention. The role involves coordinating product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional campaigns, as well as tracking sales performance and preparing reports for internal stakeholders. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate information, and a consistently high level of customer experience.
Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in account management and client relationship building, with experience supporting growth and retention. Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including identifying opportunities, closing deals, and working toward revenue targets. Customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to present products, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines. Experience or interest in professional beauty, haircare, or related consumer products is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Ability to work on-site in Davie, FL, travel locally to client locations as needed, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with diverse clients and colleagues.
