About the role

Bella Terra Schaumburg is seeking an Activity Aide to support residents' emotional and social wellbeing through warm companionship and meaningful engagement in daily activities. In this role you will help schedule movies, plan parties, organize games and crafts, and accompany residents on activities outside the facility, ensuring a high standard of care. No prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience is required; we are prepared to train the right candidate.
