About the role
Location: San Deigo, CA 92121
Position: 6 Months contract with high possibility of extension
Job detailes: Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR services. Provide timely and accurate support through phone, email, and HR service channels. Process and maintain employee information and HR transactions in HR systems. Research and resolve employee issues while ensuring a high level of customer service. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established HR processes and procedures. Collaborate with HR teams and internal departments to resolve complex employee requests. Protect confidential employee information and follow company privacy and compliance requirements. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
Required Skills:
1+ year of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Customer Service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information.
Experience working with HRIS/HR systems, ticketing systems, or case-management tools is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
