The Role: As a Stylist, you’ll play an important role in bringing our brand and customer experience to life. You’ll represent Freebird through your personal style, positive energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer. You’ll build genuine connections with customers, share the story and craftsmanship behind our products, and help them find pieces that feel uniquely their own. We’re passionate about providing highly personal service and creating an in-store experience that reflects the individuality and quality of the Freebird brand.
Responsibilities: Emulate great style and offer style inspiration on a consistent basis Talk about current fashions trends as applicable to our customers Create genuine connections with every customer and employee Make every customer interaction memorable and unique to their individual needs Build brand and store loyalty through providing exceptional customer experience Partner with supervisor and peers to maintain best practices and build effective relationships with store team Clearly and positively communicate with supervisor and seek feedback to improve personal performance Learn and know the product line to effectively teach and guide customers in their selections Contribute to overall store and individual sales goals Perform daily sales floor upkeep and operational expectations Contribute to maintaining a clean and visually appealing store Understand and master all general register functionalities
Requirements: High school diploma or prior retail or restaurant experience required Ability to work nights and weekends; 15 hours a week time commitment required Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Freebird brand Approach all job duties with a positive and uplifting attitude, taking on any task big or small Flourish in a competitive team environment Ability to multitask and switch gears
Compensation: Hourly base + commission, estimated to make $18-$25 hourly
