Part-Time Office Administrative & Operations AssistantLocation: Aledo, TX On-site Employment Type: Temporary/Part-Time Schedule: Approximately [1525] hours per week Position Summary:Xpanner is seeking a dependable and hands-on Office & Warehouse Support Assistant to help manage the daily administrative and workplace needs of our Aledo location. This position will support both the office and warehouse teams by coordinating meals and supplies, preparing spaces for meetings and trainings, completing local business errands, and helping maintain clean, organized, and ready-to-use shared areas. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily administrative and runner support to the office and warehouse teams. Respond to priorities and requests from the Senior Director of Field Operations. Order and coordinate lunches, refreshments, and supplies for meetings, trainings, clients, and team events. Set up meeting and training spaces, including tables, chairs, materials, food, and beverages. Clean up and reset shared spaces following meetings, trainings, lunches, and events. Perform light daily office upkeep, including organizing common areas, wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and completing an end-of-day reset. Ensure conference rooms, kitchens, break areas, and shared office spaces are organized and ready for the following day. Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, equipment, and deliveries. Monitor and restock office, kitchen, training, and designated warehouse supplies. Complete local business errands, pickups, purchases, and deliveries. Welcome visitors and help prepare the office for customers, candidates, vendors, and new employees. Assist with scanning, filing, printing, data entry, and other general administrative tasks. Coordinate basic vendor, maintenance, and facility-related requests. Provide additional office or operational support as assigned. QualificationsDependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable with hands-on tasks. Able to support multiple teams and respond to changing priorities. Previous office, hospitality, administrative, facilities, or customer-service experience preferred. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local business errands. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to move tables or chairs and lift supplies or packages weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
