Description: We are currently offering a limited time Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time or Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) St Luke Health Services | Oswego, NY St Luke is a non-profit nursing and rehabilitation facility in Oswego, NY. Why St. Luke's: Non-profit mission, which means residents come first A stable team thats been here a while and actually supports each other Manageable unit sizes so you can do your job well What youll do: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse Help residents move safely, including transfers and ambulation Respond to call lights and be present on the unit Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect
Qualifications: What were looking for: Current NYS CNA certification in good standing Dependable, patient, and genuinely kind Long-term care experience is a plus, but well train the right person Someone who shows up, follows through, and cares about the people in their care
