About the role
Love design and helping people bring their vision to life? Join our showroom team and guide clients from first showroom visit to finished countertop installation.
What You'll Do:
Welcome walk-in clients, learn their design goals, and guide them through the showroom stone samples and slab yard Help clients choose between natural and engineered stone based on durability, maintenance, and style Draw countertop layouts, calculate slab needs, and build accurate estimates (training provided)Build new relationships and maintain existing client portfolio, consisting of homeowners, builders, and designers Hand off projects smoothly to our fabrication and install teams Keep the showroom and slab yard clean, organized, and inviting Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience (required)Experience in a construction-related field such as countertops, cabinets, or remodeling is a bonus, but not mandatory Strong communication and customer service skills Sharp organization, attention to detail, and project management ability An eye for design Comfort with measuring and layouts, and a willingness to learn estimating software Design, showroom, or retail experience is a plus Why Westwood Stone Company Competitive pay plus bonus opportunities tied to sales goals, with room to grow Hands-on industry trainingA team that cares about design, craftsmanship, and happy clients The chance to shape high-end projects from start to finish Schedule This position would work 5 days per week, ideally 4 weekdays 9am-4pm plus Saturdays 9am-1pm.
