2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor (Outbound Dock)

Location: Cranberry, NJComp: ~$75,000 Base + Bonus

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – Finish / Approx. 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM, earlier when caught up)600,000 sq. ft. Blue Harlan is the recruitment partner to a highly stable, rapidly growing company looking for an on-the-floor, lead-from-the-front Leader to supervise outbound dock operations. The Reality of the Role: Company is growing fast. Because of that growth, it is "all hands on deck" right now. The leadership team is stable and supportive, but the hours are long because taking care of customers comes first. You will start at 3:00 PM and need the stamina to stay until the job is done (often 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM). If you have the hustle to lead through a peak growth phase, the upside and career progression here is massive.

What You’ll Do: Lead from the Front: Directly supervise, motivate, and coach an outbound dock team of 18 rockstars. Own the Dock: Manage high-volume nightly staging, loading, and dispatching across 40,000 active SKUs. Drive the Energy: Bring the hustle every day to keep team morale, safety, and production high during demanding shifts. Problem Solve on the Fly: Stay active on the floor to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure flawless execution.

Who You Are: A true floor leader who commands respect by working alongside their team. Experienced in managing large footprint (600k+ sq. ft.), high-SKU distribution centers.
