Maintain campaign workplans, trackers, dashboards, and progress reports tied to defined goals and KPIs. Coordinate meetings and activities with in-state consultants, lobbyists, coalition partners, policymakers, and other stakeholders. Support coalition-building efforts by researching prospective partners, maintaining stakeholder information, coordinating outreach, and tracking follow-up. Travel to priority states to support campaign activities, meetings, events, and stakeholder engagement. Take on cross-functional projects and additional responsibilities as Powering Prosperity grows.
What We're Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in political campaigns, legislative offices, government affairs, advocacy, public affairs, coalition building, or a related field, although we are more interested in exceptional talent and leadership potential than a specific number of years. Strong political instincts and an interest in state-level policy and advocacy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables moving simultaneously. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with policymakers, lobbyists, consultants, industry leaders, and coalition partners. Ability to synthesize political and legislative developments into clear, actionable information. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to tackle whatever needs to get done in a startup environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a largely remote team. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
