Technical Expert Reference For Risk Mastery Of Human (RMH)The Technical Expert Reference for Risk Mastery of Human (RMH) participates in the mastery of the design of a system that responds to the needs of the forces in terms of the physiological characteristics and limits of users to ensure the safety of individuals. This function is exercised in various environments. Technical involvement covers the quality of technical advice and the respect of deadlines to enable the technical authority of the poles to provide advice. In interaction with the national, European, and international industrial fabric, the users of the forces, and the health service of the armies, you also participate in the animation of the RMH network by ensuring the existence of global and specific framework agreements to work in partnership within the MINARM. You contribute to the orientations of the Saint-Louis Institute on the noise issues of the French army by participating in the annual sessions of the consultative research committee. The mission also concerns the production of expertise on weapon systems in contracts by defining the detailed design, ensuring the development follow-up, qualification, and possibly the technical mastery of systems and materials. You will be asked to produce 2 to 3 technical opinions towards the technical authority within the year. The portfolio of affairs is multi-environment and the position is in interface with the project teams of the DGA.Profile Sought Holder of a generalist engineering degree, a master's or university doctorate in the field of acoustics or human physiology, you have certain experience in the field of taking into account conventional risks on humans in the military environment, know how to pilot teams of experts and take part in the scientific and technical orientations of the fields you master. Good relationship skills, curiosity, and the ability to work in a team with multiple actors are assets to succeed in the position.
