About the role

Hartmann Young is partnered with a growing digital health organisation looking to appoint a Director, Sales & Partnerships to drive new commercial partnerships across the US provider market.
The Opportunity: This is a senior individual contributor role focused on generating, developing and closing complex healthcare partnerships. The successful candidate will own opportunities from initial qualification through discovery, proposal, negotiation, contracting and close, working with health systems, physician groups, specialty practices and other provider organisations.
Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle from qualification through contract and close. Generate new opportunities across health systems, physician groups and other provider organisations. Leverage an existing healthcare network to accelerate pipeline development. Lead discovery with executive, clinical, operational and financial stakeholders. Build compelling business cases and partnership models around customer needs. Lead presentations, proposals, pricing discussions and contract negotiations. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles. Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Work closely with Clinical, Product, Operations and executive leadership throughout the sales process. Represent the organisation at relevant conferences, events and strategic meetings.
Requirements: Strong track record selling healthcare solutions into provider organisations. Demonstrated success closing complex B2B healthcare partnerships. Experience engaging senior healthcare executives and clinical decision-makers. Strong hunter and closer mentality with the ability to independently create and progress opportunities. Existing relationships across health systems, physician groups or other provider organisations strongly preferred. Ideal Background Experience within Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, digital health, population health, value-based care or broader healthcare technology would be highly advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a remote, entrepreneurial environment and taking direct ownership of revenue generation and new partnerships.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
