About the role
David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, coordinate alterations, and ensure five-star service in a fast-paced retail environment in Freehold, NJ.
The CSR will handle appointments, phones, in-person service, and pressing/steaming of garments, partnering with the Alterations Manager to deliver an exceptional experience and drive store performance.
