Summary: Help members move smoothly from benefits-plan applications to active enrollment. This full-time, fully remote Utah role supports accurate eligibility reviews, plan setup, and clear participant updates.

Job Responsibilities: • Review enrollment applications for complete participant information.• Verify eligibility details against plan requirements.• Enter approved elections into enrollment platforms.• Resolve missing information with participants and plan contacts.• Maintain secure enrollment records and status notes.

Qualifications: • Bring administrative experience or transferable coursework.• Interpret benefits-plan eligibility rules accurately.• Navigate enrollment portals and web-based tools.• Protect confidential participant information consistently.• Communicate clearly through phone and email.
