About the role

The Kistler Instrument Corporation in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Contract Specialist for North America to manage contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and compliance across Sales, Quality, Engineering, Finance, HR, ICT, and HS&E. You will support legal and non-financial compliance, maintain contract databases and CLM systems, interpret regulatory language, and work with internal teams and external counsel to minimize risk and uphold governance across NA operations.
