About the role

The Nanny Authority, Inc. is seeking an experienced Domestic Couple/Property Manager to live in and manage a 40‑acre estate in Boone, North Carolina. Responsibilities include caretaking, maintenance of the main house and three outbuildings, landscaping, and staff supervision. Role requires hosting principals, coordinating vendors, and hiring staff during busy seasons. Separate housing and a vehicle will be provided. Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with flexibility for family visits.
