Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week). Schedule may be worked Monday through Saturday, with flexible days and hours available based on business needs and candidate preferences; however, Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities:
As a PT, You’ll Achieve Success By: Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
Physical Therapist Requirements: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care CPR and first aid certification required Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates.
Compensation:
$85K - $112K, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications.
