About the role

Axon seeks a Mission Engineer II to work directly with public safety agencies, embedding with teams to turn operational challenges into working technical solutions. You’ll build integrated applications, dashboards, and automations using Axon tools, while understanding agency workflows and priorities on site. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, Deployment and Training to deliver value, drive adoption, and measure outcomes against success criteria.
