About the role

Stock Manager Technician The stock manager technician ensures the smooth operation of stock management operations for the company's traveling technicians. The stock manager technician is responsible for unlocking orders in case of anomalies, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, conducting annual inventories, and managing stocks to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include: 1. Manage Stocks - Communicate and provide necessary support to optimize stock rotation and reduce surplus. - Collaborate with RRS/DRS to identify opportunities for improving stock management processes. - Propose recommendations to optimize stock levels and return flows.2. Monitor Stock Levels - Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet operational needs. - Conduct stock movements in IT based on situations (transfers between technicians, disposal, entries, organization of returns to the store in France...). - Produce extractions and analyses of stock consumption and identify dormant stocks.3. Resolve Order Anomalies - Examine the reasons for blocking orders placed by technicians and adopt appropriate measures (deletion, alternative reference, incorrect procedure...). - Follow the portfolio of open orders and warn in case of shortage - Communicate and explain these anomalies to technicians - Control the entries of goods, analyze invoicing anomalies and resolve them in conjunction with accounting.4. Manage Technician's Resources - Manage the technician's virtual store in SAP (creation/modification/closure) - Manage the transport account and maintain the database (creation/modification/closure) - Manage the storage box (if applicable) and maintain the database (setup/modification/closure) - Manage technician tool movements (exits).5. Conduct Annual Inventories - Plan and coordinate annual inventory activities of technician stocks. - Record in SAP the physical counts carried out by technicians and report any discrepancies for possible corrections. - Analyze the results and present the inventory balance. The Profile We Are Looking For - Previous experience in stock management or logistics - Proficiency in IT tools (especially Excel - search and SAP) - Relationship: ability to demonstrate pedagogy, ability to communicate analyses - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong rigor, analytical capacity - English: sufficient level to interact with the group during the evolution of tools and processes, for example.
