About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. In this role you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques as well as experience with drafting software and project management. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences Create detailed drawings and blueprints using drafting software Research building codes regulations and materials to ensure compliance and quality Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Work closely with contractors engineers and other professionals to ensure project success Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to designs Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other drafting software Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred Benefits Competitive salary of 1600$ Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates English speaking work environment suitable for men from any nationality This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
