About the role
Working remotely within CST/MST time zones, the part-time hourly Remote Utilities Collector will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing while adhering to applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
Provide accurate account updates on computer files for each interaction
Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in finding payment solutionsRequired qualificationsHigh levels of ambition and motivation to grow a career
Experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail
Positive demeanor and strong communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
