For 30 years, Golf Safety has been Agronomies leader for all things safety and compliance related. We create custom OSHA-Compliant Safety Plans, Hazard Communication Plans, SDS Chemical inventories, Custom Safety Policies, and much more for Superintendents. We are an invested partner in our clients’ success and are looking to expand our footprint in the Southeast of Florida.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the territory.• present customized safety solutions to prospective clients• Build and maintain strong relationships Directors of Agronomy, Superintendents, Equipment Managers, and Club GM’s• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts• Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through new account acquisition________________________________________Qualifications• Outside Sales experience preferred• Agronomy Experience preferred• Strong communication and presentation skills• Self-motivated with ability to work independently• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Willingness to travel within territory• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience________________________________________Compensation • Base Salary: $60,000/year, with commission paid monthly for every new account signed. • Commission: Commission is based on newly acquired accounts.________________________________________Why Join Golf Safety?• Opportunity to build your territory from a strong base of established and well respected accounts• Uncapped earning potential through commission structure• Independent field-based role with flexibility• Support from an established company with brand recognition
