Trade Compliance Manager
Location: Memphis, Tennessee Are you an experienced Trade Compliance professional looking to make a real impact within the aviation industry? We're partnering with a leading global aviation aftermarket organisation that supports airlines, MROs and aviation operators worldwide through aircraft component supply, inventory management and supply chain solutions. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead and develop their global trade compliance programme.
The Opportunity: This is a highly visible role where you'll take ownership of trade compliance policies, import and export activities, regulatory oversight and continuous process improvement across an international operation. You'll work closely with senior leadership, legal, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure compliance while enabling business growth.
What We're Looking For: Significant experience in trade compliance, import/export regulations and licensing Strong knowledge of EAR, OFAC, customs regulations and international trade requirements Experience within aviation, aerospace, defence or a highly regulated industry Proven ability to build and improve compliance programmes Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Why Apply?
