Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our contact center sales organization during an exciting period of growth. This leader will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, maximizing revenue opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts, and developing a high-performing sales culture across a geographically distributed team.
Responsibilities:
Work onsite at our downtown Saratoga Springs, NY location, collaborating with a team of 40+ contact center professionals. Develop and execute sales strategies that support organizational growth and revenue objectives. Lead the daily sales operations of the contact center to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals. Drive new customer acquisition through inbound inquiries and outbound sales initiatives. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize staffing, productivity, and conversion rates. Identify new revenue opportunities and implement initiatives that increase sales performance. Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and front-line sales agents to improve selling skills and conversion rates. Monitor sales dashboards and key performance indicators to identify trends and implement performance improvements. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align sales strategies with company objectives. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer value.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Associates degree required. 10+ years of sales leadership experience within a contact center environment, including at least 4 years managing multi-site operations. Demonstrated success leading inbound and outbound sales teams with responsibility for revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with experience using sales metrics and performance dashboards. Experience developing sales coaching programs and improving conversion performance. Familiarity with cloud-based Contact Center systems and CRM platforms. Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while driving measurable business results. Passion for building high-performing teams and achieving ambitious sales goals.
