About the role
- Strategic financial partnering and Co-Pilot to the VP of Contract Manufacturing, translating performance into senior leadership narratives
- Delivery of validated cost savings across sourcing, negotiation, and projects with clear financial visibility
- Forecasting for cost of production and related drivers; establish accuracy KPIs and scenario analyses
- Ensure rigor across month-end close, BOM, master data, and write-off analysis with root-cause insights
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance readiness; drive continuous improvement
- Lead digital enablement and transformation, champion SAP-based solutions and automation
- Recruit, coach, and develop the Contract Manufacturing Finance team and foster an inclusive culture
- CPA, CMA, CFM, CCE, or MBAFood/CPG/manufacturing industry experience
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and cost accounting/ABCs; NAS familiarity for internal candidates
- Fluency in cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, Economic Profit; ability to model P&L drivers
- Ability to design KPIs that drive performance; strong analytical framing
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; deep SAP experience; Power BI and analytics tools; bias toward automation
- Experience leading process transformation and continuous improvement at scale
- Strategic influence and partnership with senior leadership
