About the role
EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service requirements into functional solutions for customer, account, contract, premise, service-request, and customer-contact processes, with potential regular travel to meet client needs.
