Account Executive - December 2025 Grads We are seeking December 2025 graduates to join Goosehead Insurance as an Account Executive. This role involves building a book of business, developing referral partner relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in real estate and mortgage industries.
Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options from a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
The Account Executive position offers a first-year average on-target earnings of $90,000 . Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus. You may also be eligible for renewal commissions year over year, which can increase annual income over time.
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements
Goosehead covers one-time costs for all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license.
Role is contingent on passing the licensing exam, obtaining the state license, and successfully completing Goosehead training, which begins on your start date.
Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more; no previous experience required.
Professional development opportunities include leadership paths, flexibility with a proven track record, and an apprenticeship program leading to business ownership.
