Role Description:
The Administrative Associate (Remote) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Maryland, United States. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations, including managing administrative processes, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The Administrative Associate will handle invoicing tasks, assist with basic finance-related activities, and help track payments and expenditures. Responsibilities also include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating communication between internal teams, and providing general office and clerical support. Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Administrative Processes skills, including organizing files, managing records, and supporting daily office workflows. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts. Candidates should possess Invoicing and basic Finance skills, such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and supporting simple budgeting or expense reporting. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and shared calendars) and basic data entry skills. Strong attention to detail, time-management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work on-site in Maryland, collaborate with diverse teams, and handle confidential information appropriately. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business administration or a related field is beneficial.
