About the role
We are hiring Benefits Specialists to join our growing remote team. This position is designed for individuals who are professional, coachable, and comfortable helping people through phone and virtual appointments. In this role, you will speak with clients who have already requested information about available benefit options. You will help them understand the programs available to them, answer questions, schedule appointments, complete basic online forms, and provide ongoing support throughout the process. This is a fully remote opportunity with training provided. No previous experience in the industry is required.
Key Responsibilities:
