NJJob Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with 2–3+ years of experience selling products directly to customers in a showroom, retail store, or similar environment. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English and have strong customer service and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in the showroom/store and understand their needs. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Recommend products based on customer requirements. Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets. Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Answer customer questions and handle customer concerns professionally. Follow up with customers when needed. Maintain a clean and organized sales area. Support daily store operations and work effectively with the team.
Required Qualifications: 2–3+ years of retail sales, showroom sales, or similar customer-facing sales experience. Proven experience selling products directly to customers. Fluent Spanish speaking ability is required. Good English communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers. Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume retail or showroom environment. Experience using POS systems. Experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic computer skills.
