Job Title Responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for patients within the healthcare facility. Follow established protocols and procedures for patient transportation, including the use of appropriate equipment, such as wheelchairs or stretchers. Receive and prioritize messages, documents, and supplies for delivery throughout the facility. Deliver messages and documents to appropriate recipients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not mandatory. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? YesLicenses and Credentials: Experience in a healthcare or customer service-related role 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and staff members.
